Personalized Learning for Academic Success

At MiraculousMinds, we pride ourselves on personalized, holistic approaches for each of our students. After an initial, informal assessment, parents are debriefed on their children’s data and a personalized plan is made with the students’ strengths and weaknesses in mind.

As we work with students, we value communication and feedback as they grow in their academics. Whether parents rely on monthly meetings, establishing communication between us and school teachers, or requesting extra material be sent home, MiraculousMinds strives to excel in communication and collaboration between parents and other educators to help the student succeed!

Tracking Progress for Continuous Improvement

After assessments, students’ programs are created with specific academic goals in mind. Whether it'd be memorizing vowel digraphs, demonstrating multi-steps for word problems, or increasing reading fluency, our programs are curated to fit their needs!

As they progress, their program adjusts. After every session, our tutors debrief parents and provide a written session log detailing the student's strengths & weaknesses, concepts covered, areas of improvement, and the next steps. This allows us to communicate with parents, build that partnership, and to receive feedback if programs need adjusting.

Here's What Our Families Are Saying About Us

Jaime was and continues to be awesome! We met with her to discuss our daughter's initial assessment and she was informative, encouraging, thoughtful and honest with her feedback. Our daughter loves attending her weekly sessions!

MiraculousMinds has been a true blessing to us. Previously, we would have various “tutors” that would just give worksheets (busy work), but your program is definitely different. It’s difficult to explain the difference, but I can see it from the very beginning how the approach differs to foster and develop any area of “weakness” so that my son can be supported in this area of his educational needs.
